Please provide keywords and JEL </span><span style="line-height: 1.3em;">number. Abstract should be in English, as also the full paper.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1.3em;">The deadline for abstract submission is <strong>28 February 2014 (new deadline)</strong>. </span>Those whose abstracts accepted should submit their full papers by <strong>15 April 2014</strong> and register to attend the conference by <strong>20 April 2014</strong> in order for their paper to be included in the final program.</p> <p>The conference will have four prominent scholars and experienced practitioners as keynote <span style="line-height: 1.3em;">speakers.
